RETURNS
Since our clothing is all for Special occasions, we must receive a request for authorization within 24 hours of receipt of the items. Authorized returns are accepted if shipped back within one week of receipt by customer.
Clothes may be "tried on" but not "worn". Determination of whether an article of clothing is "worn" is at the sole discretion of Little Girl Dresses.com. If it is determined that the item has been worn, the signs of wear will be documented and the customer will be contacted, via phone or email, advising the customer that their refund has been declined. Special Orders are not returnable. Incomplete or damaged returns will be declined. Orders returned that do not adhere to our return policy will be declined or receive store credit only, at the sole discretion of Little Girl Dresses.

Customer must call prior to returning merchandise to receive return authorization. Returns will not be accepted at any other location.If using USPS Priority mail, please DO NOT select signature required! This will only delay processing your return and refund. Thank you.
Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, other than in the case of product defect. Refunds will be issued within three (3) business days of receipt of the article from the customer. When credit appears on your credit card statement varies for each credit card company. We must charge a 15% restock fee for all items returned, which would be deducted from your refund upon our receipt of the returned item(s). NOTE: If this order qualifies for "Free Shipping" and any or all of the products are returned, the refund may cause the order total to fall below $150. If the order total is reduced below $150, the original shipping cost of $9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
