| These are the upgrade costs of shipping from the US to the Republic of Ireland by International Priority. Please understand that the website automatically charges $9.95 for US Ground shipping for each order under $150.00, and this is the upgraded shipping cost that will be added.
Normal delivery time is seven to ten days, and does not take Customs delays (or fees) into account.
Also, please understand that we are only open Monday through Friday, and do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. The US Postal Service shipping includes Saturdays in its' delivery estimates. This does not take product availability into account, and is no guarantee of delivery time.
Please contact us by e-mail inquiry (or phone) before placing an order, and we will be glad to check stock for any item. It is also very important to take measurements before deciding upon a Flower Girl or Communion dress size. The size charts provided are meant to convey the exact dimensions of the garments, and you should give the child a bit of "wiggle" room for comfort.
With the high costs of international shipping, we want to save you the costs and inconvenience of exchanges. Please put the measurements in the spaces provided for each dress ordered to give us "peace of mind" that the correct size is ordered.
Calling our toll-free phone line requires that you first dial the International Calling Code (00+1), and remember that there is a five hour time difference. Our office hours are 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Dublin time).
Lastly, there is a box for 'Special Instructions' that you will see as you go through the checkout process. Please put a wear date, and any other information you may deem important (work phone number, best time to call, etc.)
IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE ORDER SENT BY INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL (5-7 DAYS), DO NOT USE THIS UPGRADE. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SELECT THE 'QUICKSHIP' SHIPPING OPTION DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. International Express Mail includes insurance, and allows tracking of the shipment for the customer.
